Not far to go: First, one's OB provider should be consulted so that a personalized answer can be given and possibly a referral made. Second, a pregnant woman with GI or digestive problems should attempt to make a list or keep a "diary" of food and liquid taken in (amount, time, type), symptoms (time, duration, severity, type), etc to share at next visit. Third, if eating eggs, one might stop till doctor approves.

Acid reflux: It seems like you have acid reflux. This problems tends to get worse as the you move further into the pregnancy. The esophageal sphincter is looser which can let acid back up to your throat from your stomach. Also the pressure on your stomach from the uterus causes acid to go in the wrong direction as well.

Heartburn: You may be suffering from Heartburn/ acid reflux. Medications like Zantac, (ranitidine) Prilosec and Prevacid are available over the counter. They need to be taken daily. Try taking your prenatal vitamin after eating food too. Sometimes pregnant women burp up the vitamin taste.

A urine pregnancy test gives a reliable result if done correctly. One can test about 3 weeks after sex (3 weeks after when conception might have occurred), or 1 week after missing a period. An Ob-Gyn doctor can evaluate any persistent or worrisome symptoms.

Bad food..: Eating rotten food or rotten eggs would do it. But, it  is not always something concerning. Everyone burps, its natural, and they dont always smell the best.

Sulfur burps: I can't diagnose the cause for your sulfer burps/ taste. However possible cause include infections with giardia lamblia or helicobacter pylori. Any prescription medications that you take which contain sulfer can have a similar effect. If your stomach empties slowly then foods high in protein can create hydrogen sulfide.
