Not far to go: First, one's OB provider should be consulted so that a personalized answer can be given and possibly a referral made. Second, a pregnant woman with GI or digestive problems should attempt to make a list or keep a "diary" of food and liquid taken in (amount, time, type), symptoms (time, duration, severity, type), etc to share at next visit. Third, if eating eggs, one might stop till doctor approves.

Might be!: Lots of women have symptoms of reflux in late pregnancy. If chewable Tums doesn't help, you can safely try over the counter antacids like pepcid (famotidine). If your symptoms don't improve speak to your doctor to make sure nothing else is amiss.
