Sulfur burps: I can't diagnose the cause for your sulfer burps/ taste. However possible cause include infections with giardia lamblia or helicobacter pylori. Any prescription medications that you take which contain sulfer can have a similar effect. If your stomach empties slowly then foods high in protein can create hydrogen sulfide.
