Acid reflux: It seems like you have acid reflux. This problems tends to get worse as the you move further into the pregnancy. The esophageal sphincter is looser which can let acid back up to your throat from your stomach. Also the pressure on your stomach from the uterus causes acid to go in the wrong direction as well.

Indigestion: By 37 weeks, the uterus is pressing on vital organs like the stomach. Belching or burping is a sign that there's not enough room in the stomach for the size of the meal you've eaten. If you have eaten foods that contain sulfur compounds such as garlic, onion, leeks etc., those foods may sit in your stomach and ferment for a while. Hence the rotten egg taste and smell. Try changing your diet.
