Check it out: Bile shouldnt come out as a result of reflux, there may be a narrowing along the way, your emptying may be delayed. See your physician for a thorough evaluation.

Fet GI exam and: Zantac or Nexium. This "sounds" liGERD and will also require testing for all digestive enzymes including liver and pancreatic enzymes as well as testing for H. pylori. Your issues requires more clinical evaluation.

See your surgeon: There could me a number of reasons you are having those symptoms. I would suggest you call the surgeon who did your procedures and be examined sooner rather than later.  It may just be normal post-surgical discomfort, but given you had bile leak repair,  I would suggest getting checked again.

Stomach/Gallbladder: If your symptoms are after eating food mainly ( fatty, cheesy or greasy); you may have gall stones. Abdominal ultra sound would be helpful.
Blood test to check for h. Pylori gastritis and celiac disease may be the next step. Meanwhile you can try eating gluten free food while avoiding fatty foods. Also 
try Pepcid (famotidine) like drug.
 Ovarian cyst is a remote possibility.
Assuming you are not pregnant.

Gas: There are 2 ways to produce gas . One is to swallow air during eating or drinking. The other one is produced in the colon from the undigested carbohydrates. Otc medications can relieve the gas. See your pharmacist.

Gastroenterologist: It is troubling to hear about such longstanding symptoms so many years after your surgery.  If the pain you are having is the same as what you experienced before surgery, there are some very important lab tests that need to be done after which your dr. Will likely order an ultrasound or ct scan. If the mystery remains, upper endoscopy by a GI doctor (gastroenterologist) is indicated.

: Egg has many tastes.  Like raw eggs, rotten eggs, deviled eggs, fried eggs. Connecting both burping and diarrhea would make me suspicious that you have a GI viral infection.  Anyone else sick at home or work?
