It has been 1 wk since my cholesysectomy and 5 days since a bile leak repair post chole. i have some soreness and ruq back pain and pain while burping?

See your surgeon: There could me a number of reasons you are having those symptoms. I would suggest you call the surgeon who did your procedures and be examined sooner rather than later. It may just be normal post-surgical discomfort, but given you had bile leak repair, I would suggest getting checked again.
