: If you have normal erections you did not do any damage. The burning and pain should gradually go away. If not go get checked.

: Get professional care ASAP. Condoms are not perfect; you're still at high risk for STIs and HIV and these are typical STI symptoms in MSM with multiple partners. You need prompt professional evaluation, including HIV and syphilis blood test, urethral and rectal gonorrhea and chlamydia tests, and throat testing as well (assuming you also have oral sex). Also consider PEP or PrEP to prevent HIV.

Likely from truama: It is likely from trauma during the intercourse.  If you continue to have burning with urination you should see your doctor.  Intercourse increases the risk of urinary tract infections in females.

: Blood in the urine requires testing to find the cause/source of bleeding.
The hormonal medicine(Ryeqo) does not cause any such bleeding. So there may be some other reason for your bleeding in the urine. You should go see your PCP/Gynecologist and get further testing of your Urinary tract(Bladder/kidneys) to make sure there is not something hiding and causing you to have the bleeding.

Any pain?: Blood in the urine without any pain or discomfort is concerning for bladder cancer. Urinary tract infections can cause some blood in the urine but would be associated with itching, burning, frequency of urination and usually pain.

Definitely: This is usually the sign of infection in the bladder.  If you have fever or flank pain you should get checked by your physician.  Otherwise you can try otc azostandard, increase water to flush and if it is not cleared within a couple of days or if this is not your first time then see your physician for evaluation.

Kidney stone: It sounds like you may have a kidney stone, especially with the flank pain. Sometimes, it is blood tinged because the blood gets diluted with urine so you may not see it when you wipe. I suggest seeing your doctor or going to a clinic for a urine test to be sure.
