Any pain?: Blood in the urine without any pain or discomfort is concerning for bladder cancer. Urinary tract infections can cause some blood in the urine but would be associated with itching, burning, frequency of urination and usually pain.

Hematuria: Visible blood in urine can come from any part of the urinary tract from kidney to below bladder. Most common causes in females are urinary infections which are usually associated with urination pain. Without pain & older age ?Bladder or kidney cancer. Kidney stone with or without pain. Kidney disease, glomerulonephritis. Suggest: see your primary care dr. Who will refer you if necessary.
