Definitely: This is usually the sign of infection in the bladder. If you have fever or flank pain you should get checked by your physician. Otherwise you can try otc azostandard, increase water to flush and if it is not cleared within a couple of days or if this is not your first time then see your physician for evaluation.

Yes: Blood in the urine is never normal and needs to be investigated. Even if it goes away, i would advise seeing your doctor for this problem.
