from 4-5 months, there's a crawling sensation on my back near shoulders with small pimple like things and itching, when i rub ends in either numbness or burning sensation,now that pimple kind things are spreading near underarms.any serious condition?

Doctor can examine: Bumps and spots can be from many causes, such as: hives, viral infections, other infections (impetigo), medication causes, hot-tub rashes, heat rashes, reactions to creams or lotions, allergic reactions to various things (poison oak, allergenic foods), etc... That means a rash that persists, looks worrisome, or may be infected should be checked by a doctor... in-person or online.

what causes burning sensation on the lower back? no pain but constant feeling as if there is a heater facing my back? nothing visible on it ie pimples/redness/etc.

Burning pain: Most people describe nerve related pain as burning or stinging, sometimes numbness. If the sensation moves into the leg it can be due to compression of the nerve either around the spine or outward toward the buttock area - this is called sciatica. Your healthcare provider can start the evaluation to treat.

could these be shingles? it has a burning pain and i have a terrible cough.
there's also few reddish pimples on the side of my eye with a burning sensation making it uncomfortable. i just discovered it has expanded to my scalp

Some basics: Shingles can appear in any location including the scalp &amp; face. It would only be on one side of the body. It often starts with pain followed by blisters along the distribution of a nerve that supplies the skin of that area. It would have nothing to do with a cough. You should consult your doc as there are treatments to make it less intense. Location near the eye is also worrisome.

yesterday i had a burning sensation back of my throat, today the burning is gone one side is sore when i swallow! no white patches or anything, i just feel there is phlegm what can i do? and why i constantly like 4* a year i have this throat issue?

: It appears that you're fighting off a viral upper respiratory tract infection. 4 episodes a year is an excessive amount of these infections. Is your home or work environment too dry? Perhaps you'd have better resistance by taking adequate doses of vitamin C daily,washing your hands often and drinking plenty of fluids daily.  An ENT specialist could evaluate and advise you further.

have a painful rash on thigh, clusters of pimples.before they came out there was a burning sensation that lasted for a few days. could it be herpes?

Could be shingles: Clusters of vesicles on a red patch could be herpes simplex or herpes zoster (shingles). Both start as pain/itching, although shingles is more likely to be painful. Shingles usually has several/many clusters of vesicles in a linear (dermatomal) distribution. Not all clusters come out at one time. Please see your dermatologist for treatment. Shingles is contagious to people who never had chickenpox.

Visit your doc: Angular cheilitis could be a multifactorial problem (your underlying condition, bacterial or fungal infection, vitamin deficiency  (Vit B mostly)). Visit you PPC for a proper diagnosis and treatment.

Herpes is....: It sure does not sound like herpes.  Herpes out breaks look like a cluster of blisters that as they age become ulcerated raw skin.  A pimple like lesion is more likely to be an infected hair follicle or sebaceous cyst. The burning of the penis is usually a sign of a bladder or prostate infection..Or even an std like chlamydia or gonorrhea. The two things are not usually related.

can pimples or other bumps also tingle or have a burning sensation? is it always a sign of a cold sore? i took a igg hsv 1/2 test 07/24/22 and was negative then i just got this bump. i havent had sexual or oral sex for 6 months. it does not hurt?

: Skin conditions can give various sensations and they are very subjective- so yes they can and it is not always sign of a cold sore
