What causes burning sensation on the lower back? no pain but constant feeling as if there is a heater facing my back? nothing visible on it ie pimples/redness/etc.

Burning pain: Most people describe nerve related pain as burning or stinging, sometimes numbness. If the sensation moves into the leg it can be due to compression of the nerve either around the spine or outward toward the buttock area - this is called sciatica. Your healthcare provider can start the evaluation to treat.
