Many possibilities : Could be gastroenteritis (stomach bug) or some bowel condition or even some sort of kidney or back problem.  Needs doctor examination and may need consideration of tests including urinalysis.  Please get checked

Not sure: This can't be diagnosed with the information that is available. A history, physical examination &amp; other studies may be needed to determine cause/causes.

GERD: You may have GERD and an antacid and proton pump inhibitor found over the counter may provide relief. Avoid spicy foods, caffeine and eating two hours prior to bedtime.  If the pain persists an imaging test called a Barium swallow may be indicated. Please discuss with your physician.

Pregnancy is not the: Only reason for a late period. Reasons for missed/late periods: low body weight, obesity, marked weight ^ or v, over-exercise, endurance athletics, breast-feeding, ^ stress, illness, eating disorders (bulimia or anorexia), anovulatory cycle (no egg released), travel, hormone irregularities, drug use, meds (i.e., birth control) or medical problems. #1 reason is pregnancy.

We : We divide the abdomen in quadrants. Pain in the right lower quadrant could be appendicitis. If you have had pain for 2 days i would recommend a visit to the er to have this evaluated. You don't want a ruptured appendix...... It is not fun.

Abdominal pain: It always worth seeing a doc to differentiate your signs and symptoms it could be some intermittent gastritis or maybe intercostal neuralgia so probably worth making an appointment with your pcp to determine the cause

Dyspepsia, acid : Might be  sign of acid induced dyspepsia. maybe an ulcer but not specific enough symptom to diagnose an ulcer. Usually a trial of a PPI (acid suppression) medication after speaking to a doctor regarding your personal contraindications a PPI medication will result in both a diagnosis and a treatment...if symptoms respond. This is usually taken for 4 weeks. Avoid NSAIDs,  test for h pylori

Pain: Could be a lot of things but burning pain on one side alerts us to nerve pain so consider shingles especially if rash appears.  Other common cause of right upper abdominal pain is gall bladder issues.  I'd see a doctor to get some tests done.

Thor disc herniation: This could represent intracoastal neuralgia or a pain that runs along the nerves of the rib cage and an injection might cure it.

Also may have thoracic disc herniation of degenerative disc disease- get thoracic mri.
