Sorry to hear you've been dealing with rash issues. There are glands under the arm pit that can commonly become clogged and become infected. We have larger glands there that you wouldn't find elsewhere, like say your forearm. If you shave, it is also common to get ingrown hairs. Usually these issues are self resolving. Dishydrotic eczema?: Eczema on the fingers and hands doesn't have to look like the dry, crackly surface skin texture of eczema elsewhere. Fingers can have itchy flesh-colored bumps, called dishydrotic eczema or dishydrosis. The treatment is as in eczema, with hydrocortisone cream or other steroid creams; and if the rash worsens or isn't better soon, one should see a primary care doctor or dermatologist for evaluation.

Dr. can check throat: Throat symptoms can be from a strep throat infection (antibiotics are needed), a cold or influenza (antibiotics usually not used), or from other causes like allergies, thrush, or irritants, etc... Usually, a person sees the doctor if the sore throat is bothersome, recurrent or doesn't go away quickly (mainly to check for strep). Throat lozenges and acetaminophen can help lessen pain temporarily.

The most common pathogen in infectious folliculitis is Staphylococcus aureus. The management of folliculitis varies based upon the etiology. Mild S. aureus folliculitis may resolve without medical treatment. Topical mupirocin, warm compress can be used initially.

Virus: Probably virus causing outbreak. No cure just take care of symptoms. Mild soft  diet.  Take Advil for pain and inflammation.  You can rinse with numbing solution(Benadryl (diphenhydramine) and xylocaine) to cope with sores. Will go away within 10-14 days from start to finish. See dentist.
