Could be an ucler: See a GI doctor. If have not had an endoscopy, should have one. If had one already, probably need to consider "extrastomach" imaging, eg ct scan to look at solid abdominal organs. Try some probiotics and a low fodmap diet in the meantime.

Stress reduction, antacids, and dietary changes as I mentioned all can help.
