Seek an evaluation: It seems that there are several bothersome symptoms are occurring you would like to address. A through evaluation by your PCP to obtain a complete history, examination and a urinalysis would be of benefit.

Rare for a man: Especially a young man to have a UTI. If you are sexually active, I would more concerned about a STD that could be causing urethritis(inflammation of the tube the empties the bladder). Nonetheless you should seek an inperson evaluation as testing is warranted in this setting.
