This means: That there is a wide range in size of your rbcs - from small to big.  The most common reason is iron deficiency, but if that is the only thing "off" on your CBC then no additional concern or testing.

It’s Probably Okay: There are no specific tests that need to be completed before a healthy male in his 50s starts running. If he has not been feeling well for any reason, has been diagnosed with any diseases, or has a family history of any diseases, it would be a good idea to talk with a doctor before starting a new exercise regimen. Either way, he should start out slowly and work up in speed and miles over time.

A couple: If you are healthy, non obese or smoker, a simple cbc, liver and kidney chemistries, cholesterol profile and a psa(prostate cancer test). Please realize there are many factors that can influence labs or tests ordered.

i havent been to the doctors in a long time. im going soon. what tests can i ask for to get an overall check on my general health?

May be none: Describe your symptoms, if you have any, and let your doctor figure, which, if any tests may be needed. No tests may be needed for person of your age who is in good health.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

hi im 27 years old i want to no what health insurance should get for my reproductive i want have a baby but medical doesnt cover the test im in ca?

Not much: As far as I know the insurance does not cover these elective medical treatments

Contact your doctor/local hospital, by phone for evaluation and testing in your area. Wear a mask, stay away from others, practice hand hygiene. If you develop breathing difficulty, go to the nearest hospital, immediately. Get Covid vaccine. Wish you good health.

dr. h.h with your experience in the field. are you familiar with the syphilis health check rapid test from vedalab? is it a reliable test? and what are your experience with this test?

: I don't know about this particular test and have no personal experience with it. In general, the new rapid syphilis tests are highly accurate, but they are intended for use in clinics and other settings where standard lab based testing is not readily available. A negative rapid test usually is reliable, but if you are at significant risk for syphilis, have a lab-based test like RPR or EIA test.

for a few weeks i have been craving pickels (gerkins) and i dont know why.
i am not pregnat (i have done tests).
i just want to know why am i craving pickels and what health implications or benifits pickels have?

: You may be craving salt. It's hard to say why you are having these cravings without more information.

Over general risk: The numbers you cite just mean your lifetime risk increases .14 X 1/8 over a lifetime. This is an theoretical calculated increase of 0.0175 or less than 2% over baseline. All such projections are theoretical and based on population studies. Freaking out does not appear supported by the projection.
