What medicine?: Are you on meds?  You could have swollen lymph nodes.  However the swollen lymph nodes suggest an inflammatory or infectious process happening in your body.  If this does not resolve i would seek medical evaluation to determine why you have swollen lymph nodes and why its bothering you.

Mostly benign.: Moveable lumps are most often benign. The mobile lump in the neck may represent a lymph node, but it could also be associated with other structures in the neck such as the thyroid, parotid or submandibular glands; these can also represent a pathology that is developmental in its origin. The location of the lump is important as these glandular structures have set positions in the neck.

i have bumps on my neck, tiny ones and they are banded together in a circle. they dont hurt but itch ever so slightly periodically. what are they?

Fungal infection: is the most likely possibility.  Try an over the counter fungal cream (Tinactin or the like) and if it doesn't improve there are prescription forms that could work.

i have been experience pain on my left side of my neck. and sometimes i feel a bump on my neck of my left and sometimes it goes away sometimes not. ?

More worrisome neck: lumps/bumps, such as enlarged lymph nodes, are typically painless. I suspect you have a soft tissue (muscle/tendon/ligament) strain which may have occurred without you even realizing it. The bump is muscle tension or tightness.  Apply some heat and consider gentle massage; if persists for more than 2-3 weeks, see your Doctor for evaluation. Good wishes:)

Cyst or lymph node.: Could be an epidermal inclusion cyst or trichilemmal cyst (especially if on back of neck). Also could be a small lymph node. If it is not enlarging then doing nothing might be the best answer.

: There is normally a raised bump at the base of the neck normally in all people. It is called the cervical protuberance at C7. I am not sure about your concern. More details are needed, it needs to be seen.

Have it examined: The weird bump on the neck should be checked out by your physician. This is particularly the case if it has changed in size or coloration or if there is new pain associated with it. Cancer is always a concern. Special imaging tests or even a biopsy may be necessary. But its good to start with your physician who can tell a lot by looking at it and palpating it.
