MouthWhiteAintNormal: Suggestion: Go to the nearest bathroom &amp; gently brush your teeth,cheeks &amp; tongue and see what remains.If the white is still there, you may have "oral thrush" that would need a prescription and an evaluation to see why you have it(it's like a yeast infection,so don't add any flour).If it goes away, then maybe you're dehydrated from lack of fluids or a medication you are taking.In any case see a doc

Don't know: Don't know without determination.  Sometimes pathogens can lay dormant in your tissues and become active for no apparent reason.  Any lesion still present after 2 weeks requires immediate examination.  Call your Dentist.  We can't diagnose this for you over the computer from a description that only says "bumps." Minor salivary gland: Minor salivary glands are present inside the lower lip and may appear as tiny bumps on the surface of the mucosal tissues when the lip is everted or pulled out and downward.  Although small in size, they do help produce saliva.

Could be many things: It could be a traumatic papilloma.  Non cancerous.  It could be a mucocele which is a clear build up of saliva from a damaged salivary duct.  This can have a white surface if you accidently bite it.  If it does not go away in a few weeks have it looked at by your doctor and have your teeth examined at the same time.

Possibly a Mucocele: If your injury was just yesterday, the white bump may be called a mucocele. These are injuries to small salivary glands in the skin of the inside of the lip. These are usually harmless and usually go away without and treatment. Sometimes they persist and may need treatment by a dentist.
