Vaginal lesions: I would suggest you see your family physician or gynecologist for an exam.  This could be an indication of vaginal warts.  For older women, it could be an atrophic condition.  No way to know without an exam

if i tested negative for hpv, herpes, and syphillis, but i found some small bumps on the inside of my vaginal opening w/ discharge. what is it?

Gland cysts: It sounds like you may have Bartholin's gland cysts or just hyperplastic Bartholin's glands, that produce the lubricant for the vagina.  If they don't bother you, don't worry about them; if they are uncomfortable, they will likely need to be drained.

See answer: Without a clinicla exam it is impossible to tell you. It may be a cyst, a pimple, a folliculitis, or a few other things. If it persists, have your gyn evaluate you.

Difficult to Say: Herpes lesions are generally painful, but not always.  Many other potential causes could present as you describe.  Some are STD's like genital warts, other causes could be as simple as a clogged hair follicle.  If it concerns you, see your GYN and they can give you a much better idea what the potential cause might be.  Good luck.

Need exam: to know for sure. but if it is only noted by feeling it and it is not visible, then it is probably a subdermal cyst. These are benign, but to know for sure, you should see your doctor

use aloe vera to tha skin now and use over the counter hydrocortisine if rash is still there see your doctor.

Bartholin Gland Cyst: This sounds like a Bartholin's gland cyst.  These are basically a blocked pore/duct in the vagina.  They often need to be drained by a gynecologist or family doctor with experience.  They cause pain and increased discharge and are often a marble shape.  Sometimes you can feel fluid in there.  Otherwise, could be sebaceous cyst, skin tag, condyloma.  Get it checked out though.
