Need exam: to know for sure. but if it is only noted by feeling it and it is not visible, then it is probably a subdermal cyst. These are benign, but to know for sure, you should see your doctor

May be: a plugged duct, infected hair follicle, gland, etc. I wouldn't worry about it at this stage. Take care.
