why am i having bumps in veins in arms?

Multiple reasons: Veins return blood back to the heart and  can carry a large volume of blood.  Depending on many factors including levels of hydration,  genetics, outside temperature and even physical activity, the size of the veins will vary.  Another important function of the veins is to help control body temperature and this too will affect vein size.  Also with aging, veins enlarge as tissue volume decreases.

did blood test almost 3 months ago my veins are inflamed and itchy still all this time on an off taking aleve till it caused stomach upset tried tylenol. today i noticed very small red bump where injection site was. my arms are still hurting a little?

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. The site of blood draw should not be causing issues at 3 months.  It would be prudent to see your doctor.

bump under skin by vein (feels like piece of rice) from surgery iv 2 wks ago. not red or hot; flesh colored. bump will get larger if i use my arm and then go back down . what is this and will it go away?

: This is likely a small piece of scar tissue from the IV. When you use your arm, the vein gets a bit bigger and the blood flow there drains a little slower due to the small scar, making it seem bigger. This will likely go away but it will take some time. Heat to the area might help. Good luck!

Veins: Are usually soft and collapsible blood vessels.
"bumps" in the veins,  if hard means that there is a possibility of clotted blood in the vein. In an arm it can happen if blood was drawn for tests for which the vein had to be penetrated with a needle. This detail was not however mentioned. I believe weight lifters can show some bumpy changes but i would expect that to be bilateral.

No clue: I wish i could see a good picture of the fore arm and hands. See if elevating the arm makes the "bumps" go away. If it bothers you see ur family doctor.

Impossible to say: How can you expect an answer when one cannot even visualize the rash? See a dermatologist. It is highly unlikely that the rash is associated with cardiac issues.
