See a doctor: there is a good chance that you are having some kind of gungal reaction you can use either a cream or a poweder same that use for athlete foot over the counter my advise go and see a doctor so you could be examined and treated properly

Bones.: Everyone has non-movable very hard bumps behind the ears. Swollen glands move around within the skin, over the bone. They are soft and usually smaller than 1cm in size.

See your doctor: The "bumps" in front of and behind your ears are likely unrelated to hypothyroidism. They may be lymph nodes. The sensation of something stuck in your throat is not normal. Please see your physician for an examination and appropriate tests.

Cysts, common: Se an ENT,  as they could be small sebaceous cysts. They are usually very small, mobile,  pimple-like nodules just beneath the skin. They are often non-tender, but if manipulated, can get painful &amp; infected. They often can be removed in the office under local anesthesia.

Hard to know: The description is rather limited &amp; could represent anything from an allergic dermatitis to an infection. Without a visual inspection of the site it is hard to speculate about the true origin or proper treatment. If it bothers the kids enough have them evaluated.

Congenital cysts are often seen in this area in babies and young children but can appear later in life also. Lymph nodes in this area usually enlarge in response to a scalp lesion above or behind the ear, such as dandruff or a bug bite or scratch.

Yes: It is called the mastoid process.  One side of the skull is not completely symmetric with the other.  Perhaps you always laid with one side down on your back as an infant, which might have mushed one of them a bit.
