I have a few small bumps behind both of my ears. they're not an infection, there's no puss. they are under the skin,they also slightly slide around.

Cysts, common: Se an ENT, as they could be small sebaceous cysts. They are usually very small, mobile, pimple-like nodules just beneath the skin. They are often non-tender, but if manipulated, can get painful & infected. They often can be removed in the office under local anesthesia.
