Skin bump: bumps and lumps on the skin can be anything from benign cysts to malignant tumors. this is something that should be looked at and diagnosed by your doctor and a biopsy/excision should be performed if necessary. 
dont worry, this is most probably a cyst but be responsible about your health and get this taken care of.

Bump on head: What were you doing before this happened? It could be a laceration from head trauma, abscess, allergic reaction to shampoo(although this would be itchy and not really painful). Go to your PCP so he can have a look at your head bump.

i have had persistent razor bumps on the back of scalp that refuse to clear. is there something a doctor can recommend that i use to clear them?

YES: however reqirs direct observation and bacterial infection. This can be a double infection like tinea barbae- fungal "bumps", usually on face, scalp or neck areas. Must be observed and should be cultured. Your doctor can prrscribe pills or a cream that contains both antifungal cream and hydrocortisone.

Multiple reasons: Diabetes, eczema, allergic reaction to skin product, psoriasis, seborrhea, and even just dry skin without proper moisturizer.

See your doctor: Sounds like more than psoriasis. See your primary care doctor so she/he can run some tests on you to rule out infection and other causes of lymph node swelling.  Psoriasis does not usually cause lymph nodes to swell unless the plaques get secondarily infected.

Skin growth: Could be a benign lesion called a seborrheic keratosis but it the lesions grows, bleeds gets painful or changes you should have it checked.  As you should with any skin lesion.

Treatment options include application of selenium sulfide, pyrithione zinc or ketoconazole-containing shampoos, topical ketoconazole cream or terbinafine solution, topical sodium sulfacetamide and topical corticosteroids.
