i have little red bumps under my tongue on the base of the mouth. allergies have been bad. are these little bumps cause for concern ?

the bumps are probably from inflammation but you should see your doctor to rule out any infection.

i have bumps under my tongue, back towards the base on bottom. they are symmetrical on both sides, but seem irritated. one had white on top of it.?

Bumps on tongue: The lining (mucosa) of the pharynx is thrown into a series of folds by lymphoid & muscular tissue. The base of the tongue (where your question points) often has a nodular appearance due to the circumvallate papillae & the lingual tonsil. Nodular lymphoid tissue or linear webs may also be seen on the otherwise smooth surface of the valleculae.You sound normal, but a doctor's exam can reassure you.

Doubtful: I've never heard of this happening.  While i suppose it's possible, i doubt this is what's causing your burning tongue.

Without : Without being able to examine you, it's difficult to say what the bump on your tongue could be.  You should give your doctor a call and have them take a look at it.  They may be able to tell you whether it is anything to worry about or may send you to an otolaryngologist (ear, nose and throat specialist).  Good luck!

Salivary duct: You have saliva glands in the floor of your mouth underneath your tongue. They can get clogged and or get infected. Another possibility is a Renula which is a fluid filled cyst that is benign. I would have this checked by your dentist or physician to determine what is present.

See dentist: It is not feasible to know what the lesions may be, without examining you. If the lesions have not increased in size, do not bleed, are not painful and are not changing in feel and color, you may watch and wait. However, it would be prudent to see a dentist or oral surgeon for an evaluation.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.

after giving oral and receiving, i have sores in my mouth and bumps alongside tongue. overall, mouth is looking white. what is this?

Possibilities: Without seeing you it will be hard to tell.  You may have a yeast infection or some other std.  If it does not go away in a week i would suggest seeing a physician for an evaluation.

Salivary glands: most likely your two salivary glands under the tongue. Visible when you lift the tongue. Sometimes will squirt out when you raise the tongue. Follow the area closely and see Dentist if not returned to normal in 5-7 days.
