Cysts: Without a picture, it is hard to arrive to correct diagnosis. Based on your description, i suspect some retention cyst (skin oil retention), however, this is purely my guess at this time. See doc for more definite diagnosis.

pea-sized bump under chin, trouble swallowing, sores in back of mouth near wisdom teeth. is it cancer?  any other ideas of what it could be?

Canker sores: A canker sore is a painful  sore in the mouth. They are usually white or yellow and surrounded by a bright red area. They are not cancerous. This may be what you have.  The "bump" under the chin is likely a reactive lymph node- you body's way of reacting to that sore.   You can try different home remedies and mouthwash and they should resolve within 1-2 weeks.  Otherwise go see an ENT or oral surg.

This : This may be suggestive of a thyroglossal duct cyst , particularly if there has been a history of fluctuating size, isolated midline or near midline structure, and elevates with swallowing. An ultrasound or ct scan of the neck is often helpful if this is suspected. A more thorough history and physical exam is always a good starting point.

Probably unrelated: The lump under the chin could be an enlarged lymph node or swollen salivary gland and if it doesn't recede within a week or if it increases in size or new lumps appear, get examined by an ENT specialist. Dryness and cracks in a nipple aren't unusual but that and the tingling in the chest appears to be separate issues. Left breast tissue may be congested and hormone related but get checked for it.

Possibly: Without knowing what else is going on it is difficult to diagnose.  Since it occurred rapidly it is likely to be a lymph node reacting to some local inflammatory process, either in the oral cavity or surrounding areas.  If it continues to enlarge and is tender or red it would not hurt to have a health care professional take a look.  Good luck.

Cyst or scar: A few things come to mind it could be a scar or a cyst from your previous injury. Did you fall in an area that a piece of stone or gravel could have gotten into the wound? If it is obvious i would seek the advice of a plastic surgeon.

Several possibilitie: The most common cause of numbness over a bump in the skin is previous trauma, surgical or otherwise. The nerves in that area can be damaged by trauma, and the bump or lump can be scar tissue.
There can be swollen lymph nodes in the area, but they will not usually cause numbness.  Some neoplasms can cause such symptoms.  To be safe, see your doctor.

Razor Bumps: Razor bumps on the chin can be caused by an old or dull razor as well as ingrown hair follicles. In general, your razor should be cleaned after each use and, if dispoable, should be regularly replaced. If you shave too frequently or too close to the skin, that can irritate the skin. A good astringent after shaving and a good facial wash may help. Ocassionally Hydrocortisone cream may be necessary.

i have a large hard bump under my chin unsure if it's an insect bite. drained some  still sort of hard. treated with aloe leaf for irritation?

Hard bump: See you physician as an infection such as boil/abscess may cause a bump that is hard/ painful
An insect bite may get secondarily infected as well
