: It depends on the nature of the bump. If smooth and seeming to arise from below, it's probably a mucous or sebaceous cyst. If "on" the surface and rough or irregular, maybe a genital wart. If blister-like, maybe herpes (which is usually but not always painful and doesn't show with usual STD tests). If it's new and you remain concerned, best to see a doctor for examination. Good luck.

Cysts: These are probably small inclusion cysts. They can be removed if bothersome. But to tell for sure, see your doctor.

Bartholin cyst: What you described fits in with a Bartholin's cyst. It is only of concern if it gets infected. You should mention it to your doctors so that s/he may examine it to ensure it is not something that may need to be addressed.

This might be an: infection.  I know it is embarrassing for you but it needs to be looked at and treated.  Tell your mother about it and have her go with you.  There will be a female at the doctor with you as well.  The doctor will be understanding and not embarrass you. It could get a lot worse if not treated, it will be ok to go to the doctor.

: I think that most likely a duct of a gland in your vagina became blocked causing a cyst to form. An STD wouldn't manifest itself in only 12 hours after an exposure. The incubation period for most STD' s is anywhere from a few days to a few weeks. Needs exam: Lumps,bumps, blisters, swelling, ulcers and other skin changes on the genitals require an exam.  A doctor would need to see what you are referring to to be able to make an assessment

: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. What your described suggests herpes lesions.
