i have skin coloured bumps all over my skin and my forehead can get oily. my skin is super sensitive and i think my pores clog easily but i'm not sure if it's the entire reason i have all these small annoying bumps on my face making it not smooth. i'm not

i hit my forehead on the right side , in a sharp corner and got a big painful bump. just after ive got pain on my right ear, became red and hot and looks like getting a bit purple behind it. is there a reason of concern? i am alone and afraid?

: My sense is that you did not injure your ear &amp; the discoloration behind the right ear is blood leaking under your skin from the lump ( hematoma) &amp; gravitating downward ending behind the ear. Apply cold compresess to the hematoma in your forehead for 24-48 hours.  Redness&amp; hot sensation of the ear is somewhat puzzling. If it's due to anxiety the left ear would have similar redness. ?See your GP

i have these pimple like bumps in the back of my head . i've peeled them off & they come back.. they bleed for no reason and they hurt when ?

Skin infection: This sounds like a skin infection which is common in that area of the head. Don't scratch or peel the skin eruptions. Clean it with soap and water, apply   Some antiseptic cream on it (no hydrocortisone !) and see your PCP soon. This infection can be very resistant and can rapidly spread.

Scalp Dermatitis: You may have seborrheic dermatitis, aggravated by applying grease, pomades, or other occlusive agents.  Using a shampoo that has tar for five minutes at least every five days should control it.  If the condition persists, consult with a dermatologist.  Seborrheic dermatitis is a chronic condition.

Rosacea: Stress does not cause it, but may trigger it.  One common condition is due to acne rosacea which can involve the forehead.

Clogged oil glands: You could have clogged oil glands on your forehead.  These cannot be 'squeezed' out.  You could also have acne lesions.

No idea: I can't think of ant std that would cause bumps on your forehead.  Acne?  I can't think of any relationship to his past sexual history.

If her examination, head circumference and examination/health is otherwise normal, there is less likelihood that this may cause developmental or health issues. Observe for signs outlined above. Place a cool compress on the bruised area and treat pain with children's Tylenol.

i have a 1cm clear hard bump over a small childhood scar on my forehead. is it a cyst? should i see a derm. or plastic surgeon? what's the cause?

Hard bump: This could be a hyperplastic or keloid scar, but if the lesion appeared years after the scar formation it is likely a sebaceous or epidermoid cyst. I would recommend seeing a general surgeon to evaluate and possibly remove the lesion.
