Foreign body: You may have stepped on something. If painful soak it and see if something comes out. A foreign body can be anything you step on and creates a pus pocket. Without a picture or exam hard to be certain. If not getting better see a doctor.

there are 3 white itchy bumps on the bottom of my big toe. they are so itchy and when i sweat they itch even more, what could it be?

Fungus: Blisters can form from severe fungal infection.  Since you sweat a lot in your feet, first clean your feet, then stop wearing flip flops.  Spray down your shoes and shoes with lysol or bleach your clothes to kill off all fungal spores.  Then use spray deodorant on your feet to help prevent excessive sweating, then apply antifungal over the counter cream to your feet 3x daily.  Good luck.

Accessory bones: Some have extra small sesamoid bones which only need treatment if there is something wrong with them or if they are causing a problem.

It could be.....: Very early on, warts can look like small blisters and can spread.  It could also be one of the presentations of athlete's foot.  It could also be numerous other possibilities.  See a podiatrist for diagnosis before treatment.

Could be many: different things from a rash, dermatitis, athletes foot, allergic reaction etc. YOu can try an otc steroid or anti fungal but a doc can help you once it is looked at.

Without seeing hard: to comment. Sometimes, the remaining portion of the toenail needs to be removed, othertimes it can be left....decision is based on pain, blood under nail, infection etc...

Please get examined: Without seeing this, it could be as simple as a wart or callous. It also could be a lesion from a interphanlangeal sesamoid.
Please seek out a podiatrist and let him exam  you, he may need xrays.
