Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion, without examining you, however, what you described is not a  cause for concern regarding cancer.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.

Painless white bump: May be a tonsil stones(especially if bad breath), or  infection even strep though unusual if no pain in throat,.  or evidence of peritonsillar infection /abscess, or mucus/ post nasal drip /food debris lodged in crypt. Could try  salt water gargle  - Do  NOT  use any instrument/brush  or manually try to dislodge-there are important blood vessels there)  f/u w/ MD/ ENT

Mouth: Could be many things including an enlarged minor salivary gland, local trauma from your teeth or even your taste buds. Check it out with an ENT

It's ok: What you are likely feeling is where the inside of your cheek meet the teeth.  This can make bumps or ridges there.

Bump: Your question can on,y be answered  with an oral exam.  How long have you had the bump?  Is it painful?  Is it increasing in size?  See a dentist and get this checked ASAP.

Cyst: Would need to see it to be sure, so cannot say definitively. Most likely it is a mucous cyst but various types of cysts exist. They are very common. They can form quickly and are usually not dangerous and will go away or pop open on their own. If it does not resolve in the next few days see your doctor or dentist.

what is this white bump i have inside my mouth?  it goes away and comes back over and over again.  i've had it for around 2 months.

Possibly: Depending on where it is, if it swells prior to eating then slowly decreases in size, it could be a partially blocked saliva duct. See your dentist for a visual exam and possible treatment.  Btw. If it is a partly blocked saliva duct, you could try sucking on sour lemon drops, occasionally enough saliva buildup will push out the blockage.

?taste buds: You may be seeing your taste buds if you are talking obout your tongue.  Ask a dr. at your next exam to be sure.
