Within 3-4 weeks: While it can be sooner, it usually disappears within 3-4 weeks but occ. takes longer.
Unfortunately many doctors under-treat Lyme. ILADS (an association of Lyme specialists) advises 100-200 mg of doxycycline 2x/day for 4-6 weeks (and a minimum of 21 days).

Good question: It could be a secondary skin infection and / or lyme's or a related tick borne infection perhaps. You should see your doctor to get this looked at as soon as possible.

Other possible cause: A "perfect bullseye rash" is highly likely to be lyme's. But bullseye rashes can be a symptom of another condition, like erythema multiforme. No: Alcohol is a poison that never did anybody any good, ever, so stay away from it.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Get blood test: Although you prob are ok, if it will help to curb any anxiety about being positive, suggest getting a Lyme Test antibody test.
