hi, today i was playing my nintendo switch and noticed like a vein bulging in the palm of my hand, right where de controller seats. its like a very small bump, no color change and no pain. it wasnt there yesterday. should i be worried? thank you?

Simple cyst: You probably have bruised your hand with the Nintendo . Would disregard it and it will gradually disappear. Good Luck

i have sudden bulging veins on the tops of both hands, palms of hands as well as forearms/inner elbow.  why?

Position: Normal veins fill and bulge by the action of gravity when placed in a downward position below the level of your heart because they are low pressure, thin walled structures. Try this: raise your hands above your head like you're "raising your hand to answer a question in school" and hold that position for 30 seconds. The veins should collapse and just about disappear. If they do, you're normal.

Bulging veins in left hand.: Seems that you have venous drainage obstruction. Any history of injury?, unusual position for long time, such as with computers,  etc.
You need a Dr. have a good examination, venous ultrasound/Doppler, or even better, have a contrast venogram and asses at what level is the occlusion, a non functional valve, or other condition.  The examination should extend from the axilla to the end of the affect

Hand Veins: Hand veins in the palm are not common but do occur.  Often they are due to trauma and many times causes are unknown.  If they are bothersome then local care with wet heat and ibuprofen may help. If no improvement then usually they can be injected with a solution to dissolve them (sclerotherapy).  A last resort would be removal by micro incisions.

Pain aling  the left: Pain and numbness in the left hand, and usually felt in the entire arm and shoulder as well, could be the result of a myocardial infarction (heart attack).

Shortness of breath, pain into the throat, deep pain or pressure sensation underneath the breastbone, accompanied by pain in the hand and arm should be determined by a physician if the heart is the cause.

Common spot for OA: The basal thumb joint is a common spot for osteoarthritis of the hand.  At age 30, you are young for that diagnosis, but osteoarthritis is a common problem at that location.

Blockage in vein?: you should talk to your doctor about having an ultrasound to see if you have a venous thrombosis or blockage in the vein

Swollen hand veins.: Hand veins can swell for many reasons but the most common is certainly hereditary .  Other factors would be level of hydration, aging, sun exposure and loss of elasticity and volume. Actually, I am amazed at the amount of women that i see with bulging hand veins.  They can be easily treated with laser or sclerotherapy and usually a combination of both.
