Cervical disc: It is unlikely that a bulging disc will cause your symptoms. It may cause muscle spasms of the neck muscles, which cause pain along with any nerve that is being pinched by the bulging disc. Pain can cause lightheadedness or even dizziness if it is severe. Please get evaluated by a physician.

intermittent distended veins on hands which can be painful at times, always accompanied by fatigue, sometimes blurry vision and lightheadedness. the first symptom is always a pain on the left side of the neck. any thoughts on whats wrong with me?

: If you raise your hands/arms above the level of your heart, the veins should collapse.  you should be concerned that this is the beginning of hypertension and possibly angina.  I would see your CPC as soon as possible for a thorough exam.

Cervical spine spurs: The cervical bulges will not affect the dizziness , lightheadedness and brain fog.  You might get some pain down your arms or referred pain to the neck.  See your local ent make sure that the cause is not a ear problem.  Good luck and feel better!

How about an exam?: You could have a variety of things at work giving you these symptoms.....one may be something as simple as tonsillar enlargement due to infection (either acute or chronic).  Another possibility is an under functioning thyroid gland.  Nothing can be told to you for sure unless someone can physically look into your throat and feel your neck and glands.  All the best.

No: Enlarged jugular viens can mean several things. But usually it means an increase in the pressure to the right side of heart. Such as right sided heart failure, biventricular failure, pulmonary hypertension. An obstruction like a tumor can also cause this . If this is a new finding then you should go see your doctor to work this up. The fast heart rate my be more reactive than causual.
