hi, i am 22 and i have noticed a painless bulge above my eyelid on the bone under my eyebrow near the coner of my eye. it's not quite clear, only when i raise or touch my eyebrows, a lump is seen and felt.and the top of my eyelid is a little swollen?

Need a photo.: Since you mention there is a vein, it may be a hemangioma, which can occur in this area, but it could be a small cyst or even a stye or chalazion.  If there is no redness or drainage of the conjunctiva  *white part of the eye) then it seems safe to bring it to the attention of your doctor at her next well child visit.

Swollen eye ,ear lob: Seek medical attention immediately in an ER. Could be infection which on the face affecting the eye is very serious, especially with  bulging eye or rarely tumor compressing blood vessels in neck. Thyroid disease can cause bulging eyes but usually no ear lobe issues. Seek immediate attention in ER

Thyroid check!: If your eye is bulging it may be your thyroid.  See a doc as soon as possible to get it under control and prevent worsening which can become permanent.  If the bulges too much the eyelids may not close completely and therefore your eye gets irritated, swollen lids ....

bubbling or bulging of a clear film on my sclera when i move my eyes side to side. also, there's yellowish brown discoloration around iris that seems to be moveable as well under lower eyelid too?

Causes of chemosis: Bruce, It looks like you have some fluid that accumulated under the conjunctiva (the clear film covering your sclera) and this is called chemosis. It can be clear, pinkish or yellowish.  
Is it on both sides? 
How long has it been there and what were you doing when it started?
Is it painful? 
Have you tried using artificial tears?
There are many things that cause this, need more info.

Eyelid problem: It is not cancer.  There are several possible causes including certain infections, allergy to something you put on the eyelids and seborrhea

: Isolated unilateral random swelling of an upper eyelid crease is not the most typical presentation of thyroid disease. Your description doesn't permit a specific diagnosis. You should see your ophthalmologist for evaluation
