Swollen eye ,ear lob: Seek medical attention immediately in an ER. Could be infection which on the face affecting the eye is very serious, especially with bulging eye or rarely tumor compressing blood vessels in neck. Thyroid disease can cause bulging eyes but usually no ear lobe issues. Seek immediate attention in ER
