Have it evaluated.: There are many things that could cause the skin to itch.  Several types of inflammatory conditions of the skin, allergic reactions, and sometimes bacterial, viral or fungal infections can cause rashes on the skin. Insect bites can also be the cause of a rash on the skin.  Have it evaluated by a professional and get the appropriate treatment.

It doesn't sound: Life threatening.  It sounds like an infection that gets inflamed, drains, then swells again.  It could also be a sebaceous cyst that swells and drains with sebum.  Those would be my top 2 and is likely treatable by your gp.  Good luck.

Can't tell: If it is a cluster, it is unlikely to be from mosquito.  Also they may not be from a bug bite at all.   See your doctor especially if the lesions get infected.
