why does my head painfully throb after climbing stairs?

Dehydration, infecti: A female with feeling of head throbbing after climbing stairs could be from dehydration. It could also be from a sinus infection, a cold, or allergies. Lastly, deconditioning could cause this, meaning someone who is not physically fit could experience increased heart rate which in turn could be interpreted as a throbbing head.

Unusual: Really must explain why only the posterior columns in the cervical spinal cord are afflicted, and your description does not fit usual causation patterns.  See your neurologist, and get further testing.

i recently hit the top front of my head on a low hanging door frame walking at full stride. now, 2 days later, i am having a sudden, sharp headache when i try and climb a set of stairs. could there be any correlation between these?

Well,...: There is no definitive answer for you in regards to his nerves severing, but his risk of worsening paresthesia's and pain certainly increases with worsening cervical disc disease and stenosis.  Be sure he gets the proper medical evaluations and clinical exams with the appropriate Imaging testing done to more definitively give him a better prognosis for treatment and any recovery, etc. Best wishes.

my veins are increasingly becoming more and more blue all over my body (arms, chest, face, legs, sides) ever since i started rock climbing and working out. it seems to be getting worse, why? how can i stop it? will it go away once i'm not active?

Vein prominence ?: Exercise can cause veins to become dilated and therefore more visible.  This type of dilation of superficial veins tends to be permanent, and does not completely "go away" when your exercise program is decreased.

Recurrent headaches : are not uncommon but if occurring more than 2-3 times a week or interfering with activity, they deserve an evaluation, especially  if located in the same spot every time.  Migraine headaches are often aggravated by caffeine, chocolate, alcohol, some foods like aged cheese, chronic pain pills,   so cutting back on these may help.  The quality of the HA and associated symptoms are helpful  for Dx.

wake up every night and morning think i have a bug stuck in my throat and its climbing up my throat. please help?

Not possible: A bug can't survive in your throat.  You may be having reflux symptoms.  I think you should get yourself checked.
