Not possible: A bug can't survive in your throat. You may be having reflux symptoms. I think you should get yourself checked.

Luckily it's not : possible unless you've travelled abroad or ever exposed to tapeworm or other worm/parasitic disease that have their life cycle in your gut, and also can live in the lungs or other highly oxygenated tissue. It's rare but possible but isn't a bug.
