Cortisone cream: I would advise using a topical cortisone cream and keeping the scalp clean with a gentle shampoo. watch for signs of infection. Please follow up with your physician.

Bed Bug: Bites are in areas exposed while sleeping-arms, shoulders, neck &amp; legs. The hair is not one of the more common places. But - yes, a secondary infection could be possible.

Liver disease: Diffuse itchiness without a rash can sometimes he's a symptom of liver disease. If you have dark urine, yellow eyes or abdominal  swelling you should certainly see your doctor. It would not be unreasonable to see your doctor anyway to check your liver enzymes.

Paresthesia is rarely due to life-threatening disorders, but it does occur as a result of stroke and tumors.

Bed bug bites may: Have no sx's/signs except for 2 small skin puncture points. A reaction may show from an hr to several days later. It can cause itchy, pink, swollen, lesions w clear center. If hypersensitive blisters may occur. Telltale sign is linear track of lesions from sequential feedings – doesn't always occur. Bites are in areas exposed while sleeping-arms, shoulders, neck ; legs.  Scalp isn't typical site.

Sensation: that sensation you are having sounds like neuropathy.  A nerve is irritated in your scalp.  Look for a rash in the area, it may be shingles.  Many neuropathies resolve ( like when you hit your "funny bone"), if it persists for over a day, see your doctor.  If you are having any weakness in your arm or face or slurring words or balance issues, see a doctor now.

Depends : On the type of spider, and ther are only 4 genera of spiders in the us that are dangerous to humans but generally, there may be 1 or 2 small puncture wounds in the center of a red, warm, swollen, initially painful (sometimes) but then sometimes itchy area.  There may occasionally be some numbness in the area also.   However, black widow bites and brown recluse and hobos can be quite different.

Proper diagnosis: Helps. Seeing your doctor to make sure it is seborrhea or dandruff versus a skin infection. For dry scalp /dandruff try tea tree shampoo or Nizoral (ketoconazole) shampoo. There is evidence that dandruff may have a fungal component so tea tree shampoo or Nizoral (ketoconazole) may be very helpful.

i have had this weird bad skin odour for 2 months, it's mainly only the t-zone areas on face and a bit on the scalp. been to doctors twice no help?

Skin: Skin odor at T zone unlikely to be infected without any obvious rash or raised itchy plaque to suggest tinea. Suggest hibiclense antibacterial soap and neutrogena  or ketoconazole shampoo to rule out fungal scalp infection
