Relux/GERD : If this continues check with your doctor because you may have acid indigestion, reflux or gerd.  Avoid spicy and acidic foods and juices.

i sometimes have small water antiparistalsis orally.no nauseating feeling just small amount of bubble like saliva.what could be the cause?

Acid reflux?: Do you tend to have this after eating/drinking something acidic, like soda, orange juice, or eating something citrus, like grapefruit?  Do you tend to have this eating late at night?  Please make sure to be drinking water in order to prevent salivary glands from over-reacting when mouth getting too dry.  See your medical doctor if these problems do not apply to you....

saliva constantly frothy or bubbly for 1yr, regardless of hydration level. worse when speaking. very hard not to spit bubbles while talking. causes??

Balance: Likely the balance of the mucous and serous salivary glands. You have both and each produces a certain amount of thin or thicker saliva. Do you regularly use a strong mouthwash or toothpaste with many "benefits" resulting in more additives ? Any medications which might dry the mouth or alter the salivary flow ? I recommend that you see the Oral Surgeon for testing of the salivary glands. Good Luck

Not sure.: Since you have been spitting out blood for a week, you should see a doctor asap, preferably family medicine or ent.

Not serious: Assuming that this is a solitary lesion and not multiple, it is probably due to trauma and is not serious. It is referred to as a hemorrhagic bleb. It will heal on its own. 
If you have multiple lesions, it may be more serious (submucosal hemorrhage) and would need to be evaluated.

what causes a blood filled bubble inside the cheek in my mouth?

Cheek bite: Do you remember biting your cheek?  A cheek bite can cause this and this will heal in a few days.  If you did not bite your cheek, have lots of pain, or it does not heal quickly then you shoud see a dentist for an exam and find out what this is.

More Info Needed: Hard or soft? Attached to the bone? How long has it been there? Movable? Pain? Without any other information your best bet is to see a local dentist for a consultation.

Dark Red Bubble: Not exactly a medical term, but it might be a lesion related to biting your cheek. If it does not resolve on its own within two weeks, seek the help of an oral surgeon to determine exactly what it is.
