Nerve and scar: The plate lies in the skull and the scalp overgrown this. Scalp had a network of nerves and it sounds like you developed a scar, causing stretch to one of the nerves. Please see your surgeon to determine if this is the problem. A pain doc can inject the painful area, perhaps break the scar, and help,resolve the issue. Good luck

Bumping into : something.  It is likely that she bumped into something. It should resolve over days to weeks, depending on the size of the bruise. It will also go through color changes. If she develops more bruises without trauma, she should see a doctor.

Get checked again: You should go right away to get a check of your complete blood count. Leukemias can arise very quickly and often occur in younger people. Your bruising may be due to low platelets and your shortness of breath may be due to low hemoglobin.

Physically no: The skin has great healing properties and i doubt you will leave permanent marks-- but frankly, if the bruising shows, people will think less of both of you. We all have certain freedoms, but the opinions of others do have consequences;  her siblings or parents may see such marks as reason to dislike you, for example. That leads to family tension, that eventually will affect your relationship.
