today i found a lump on my chin. it's on the underside, on what i guess would  be my lower jaw bone, right on the center of the bone. it feels bruised?

This could be an: Enlarged lymph node (a cyst is also a possibility) - if not resolving within several weeks or if it becomes red, hot, more enlarged or tender - seek medical attention.

hi, i fell off a chair onto the cement about a week ago and have a small bruise on my forehead, right at the hairline on. the right side. my concern is that i also have a small hard as bone lump on my chin/jaw bone on the right side.  it he way i fell it

Unrelated, if: Unrelated unless you hit your chin/jaw at the same time. The bump may be an osteoma. Best to have it evaluated by an oral surgeon.

temple is sore like a bruise but no mark. ear pain, jaw clicking, pain under jaw bone to chin. doc says tmd. motrin doesn't help. tmj cause this pain?

Yes: Click indicates disc displaced.  You can't fix this by taking a pill.  See your Dentist.  As if referral to Orthodontist or Oral Surgeon is in order.  You need someone to determine the cause of your dysfunction and to treat the cause.

This may be...: A serious infection of a part of the skull bone called mastoiditis. You should see your primary doctor or an ENT for further work up of this.

Lymph node: sounds like a swollen lymph node.  When you press on it the pain may be from recent infection in mouth or neck skin.  If you had a recent infection expect the node to remain for one month.  If longer see a doctor

Needs to be checked: I suggest you don't waste any time and get it checked by your GP or Dentist/Oral Surgeon
You most probabely have infection in the cheek and may be originating from the teeth or gums.After evaluation you may need Antibiotics and follow up.You may need Xrays and/or Cat Scan as well to make a proper diagnosis if needed
