If the area only has discomfort, than try wrapping the foot with an elastic bandage and taking otc anti inflammatory medicine.

Get XRAY of foot: You have already had too many things on your legs to ignore this painful foot. See othopedist, he may be able to help with an orthotic sock to support foot. Would not do more walking than necessary until XRAY shows no evidence of fracture

Serious exam.: It is difficult to determine the extent of your injury without an examination. The injury to a tendon can cover a wide range of damage. It all starts with a hands on exam and could include imaging and even surgery.
