it's been almost 2 years that i'm having a blister kind of spot on penile head. it started with a tiny brown spot and then developed few more. later it formed a shape like 'v' . initially i started with fucidin ointment but no improvement.

Rash: Hi, it’s hard to say without a picture but there is a great app that may be able to help you get a diagnosis without being seen in person by a dermatologist. i have a brown spot on the top of my toe. i am a runner. thought the nail had hurt me but the spot is not under the nail. it was under a blister?

Color  me brown.: If you think about it, brown discoloration can be caused by only a few things. The brown can be the color of a contaminate such as soil, dye in socks or shoes. The color can be from natural pigment cells located in the skin. My money is on discoloration from pigments in blood. The blister may have caused some blood fluid leakage under the skin and stained the skin brown.

i have a painful brown spot on the bottom of my toe. it looks like a birthmark more than anything its not in the form of a blister or a mole. ?

Go get it checked.: Even if it was not painful it should be checked.....The fact you have pain even without a pigmented lesion you should wonder why you have pain. Since you have pain and a hyperpigmented lesion now you have two reasons to see a foot doctor.

i got these small brown spots on palms and feet that developed into fluid filled blisters. now i have a bundle of them on one palm and a few on my feet. the ones on my palms started itching too. what can it be?  can't see my doc till next week

Dermatologist: Go directly to a dermatologist for accurate diagnosis and advice as this is not a common skin disorder and most nondermatologists won't be familiar with it. Dyshydrotic eczema is a likely diagnosis and the trigger is often elusive if that's what it is. Seasonal allergies or stress are possible causes and it lasts for weeks. Get effective treatment.

A few options: Might be a local allergic reaction--jewelry, something in pocket of shirt, etc.--or from an insect bite(-s)--or early shingles / zoster. Should see your dr or urgent care dr to have it checked.

Dr. can check throat: Throat symptoms can be from a strep infection (antibiotics are needed), a cold or other virus (antibiotics not needed), or some other cause like allergies, irritants, acid reflux. A person usually sees his doctor if the throat is bothersome, is with moderate or high fever, or with much coughing or worrisome symptoms. Single whitish dot might be tonsil crypt material (stone) or a small ulcer sore.

Mgt: The rash may represent a contact rash since the heal is a pressure point. A strawberry raised lesion may be a hemangioma.

Yes: Freezing a lesion goes deep down into the dermis, so you develop a blister which can take a week to ten days to heal and when it does come off, your skin will be fresh and lesion free. Watch only for signs of infection around it.
