what sports can you still play with a broken arm?

Depends: Sorry to say it again but it all depends upon what he injury is. A non displaced fracture is difernet from a fracture that requires reduction , or internal fixation ( surgery)
age is a factor not only fo rthe degree of injury but for who one is competing against. For example is a 5 year soccer star or a 21 year old blue liner!

See a doc!: You don't say what sport or how long this has been going on.  It certainly is concerning, though.  You may be compressing a nerve or artery but where, it is impossible to say without an exam.  Please avoid reaching the level of activity that causes this until you get checked out and find out what the exact problem is.  Do activities that are less strenuous that do not cause this for now.

If healed yes: As long as the fracture has healed and there is no residual deformity that limits function resumption of sport is usually possible.

i'm struggling with forward rotation of my right arm, i get this sharp pain in my shoulder, should i visit a physio? it's a sports related injury

See details: Pain on moyion and reduced range of motion could indicate a more significant injury to the shoulder. I would see an orthopedist and have the shoulder evaluated including x rays and/or MRI as the first step.

i just had a rotator cuff strain injury from a fall.  can't lift my arm up.how long does it usually take to recover?  when can i resume playing sports

Best for you to get: Advise from someone who evaluates you, by examining/investigating you. He'll  inform you of the diagnosis/treatment.
So see an orthopod. 
It generally last for about 6 weeks, by then if its a partial tear/sprain, it should improve greatly.  A few patients don't improve and may need MRI and probably benefit from the surgical repair.
Returning to sports would be once the rc has healed.

i have some kind of a rash on my arm that is slow to go away.  i do some close contact combat sports. looking for over the counter stuff to help me.

See a physician: The most common skin rashes resulting from combat sports are impetigo, ringworm and herpes gladiatorum.
Have a physician evaluate and treat your rash

Ortho/ sports area: I would see an orthopedic surgeon who is involved with
the treatment of athletes and who also participates in sports himself.
I think that would provide both the underlying knowledge and
understanding from both a physical and emotional aspect.

while sitting at rest my sports watch alarm went off indicating a sudden heart rate spike to 130bpm. i felt nothing unusual in my chest or torso or breathing. developed a pain in my left arm which lasted 18 hrs or so. should i get a heart check up?

Rapid heart: These devices are not vey accurate and many things can make they get an inaccurate reading.  When you see this I would check your pulse yourself at your wrist to document the accuracy.  But chest pain is bothersome if you have had heart disease in past or a strong family history of early onset heart disease.  There are many families in SA with inherited high cholesterol Have yours checked.

my daughter has chest pain in exertion followed by dizziness shortness of breath and arm pain she complain about it every time she walks up the stairs or is doing sports class and with everyday activities. i'm thinking angina but she's too young?

Accepted Answer

: Angina is low on the list of many things that cause these symptoms at that age. If they are interfering with her activities, it is worth a visit to her doc to sort out the many possibilities. A full review of the history of symptom emergence, intensity, duration and quality of pain, factors that increase or reduce intensity, etc. are all part of the initial evaluation. Some testing is also needed.
