Shouldn't: The red, swelling and heat of a contact dermatitis should resolve without residual skin changes. Using the same substance again will result in the same or worse reaction and should be avoided.

i've been having headaches across my eye brows daily for the last couple of weeks.  allergy medicine, or ain relievers don't  work. what else should ?

Infection?: Daily headaches could be due to sinusitis, allergies, high blood pressure and even matters related to the brain.  Sometimes allergy medicines need to be adjusted or nasal steroid sprays need to be added to reduce allergy symptoms.  An antibiotic may be needed if a sinus infection is present.  Sometimes a ct scan of the sinuses and brain is needed to pinpoint the cause.  See your doctor.

allergy beside my nose and when i wake up in the morning i find white small shells on my skin near the nose up to my chin and eye brows i need help?

It sounds: Like you have bad allergies.  A nasal steroid, at night, will help your allergies and the drip in your throat that is likely the source of the cough.  Good luck.

started using new under eye concealer 3 days ago. burning, itching skin under eyes and under brow line. swollen and red. small bumps. no allergies.

Contact allergy: A 3-day lapse in onset is compatible with an allergic contact skin reaction.  However one cannot rule out entirely an irritant reaction from repetitive exposure to a mild irritant in the eye concealer.  Try OTC hydrocortisone cream for a few days and see if this helps.

Time: Waxing of the skin may cause a contact dermatitis. This type of reaction is like poison ivy and may take a week or two to resolve. If the symptoms are severe enough topical or oral steroids may be prescribed to hasten resolution of the rash.

my ears are always itchy deep inside. my ears are always itchy deep inside.  they are very clean and have little to no wax, so that is not the issue. also, i do not generally suffer from allergies.  what could cause this?

Itching : Itching of the inner aspect of the ears is a very uncomfortable condition affecting many paitents.  As this is an area of the body not accessible for routine hygiene care, the itching can become very frustrating.

Often the reason for the itching is earwax trapped in the ears.  Otherwise, a foreign body such as the cotton tip of a q tip can cause similar symptoms.  Infections of the outer ear (otitis externa) could be another reason, but this is more of an acute situation.

In other patients a condition similar to eczema can also lead to flaky skin or chronic itching.

Your best bet is to see a specialist to differentiate which one of these conditions is affecting your individual case, and what is the best course of action.

at night, i tend to get conjested &earache, in ear the wax is almost wet everymorning, every morning i have to pop my ears, i take otc allergy pill?

Nasal congestion : Need more information but sounds like allergies so if you’re doing ok with OTC allergy medication than ok

Ear Clicking: There are bones in the inner ear and they click when you increase the pressure in the oral cavity by holding your nose with your mouth closed.  You will hear the bones click as they move.  This is normal.

i noticed a faint ringing in my left ear last night. seemed to come from nowhere. no injury or pain. it's filling me with anxiety. i have no other symptoms. could it just be from wax or allergies. doesn't seem to have affected my hearing.

Tinnitus: is a condition associated w/ringing, whistling, or other sounds in the ear.  This is a remote possibility.  Please see your doc.  It may be an ear infection or the need to have the wax removed from your ears.  Peace and good health.
