No diagnosis yet: The diagnosis of scleroderma / systemic sclerosis can be made only by a physician, preferably a rheumatologist, after considering the entire clinical picture, including the titer of the ANA and whether there is other evidence of disease. I wish you luck.

would a top rheumatologist be able to determine if you had raynauds if the process happened i n front of him and wiould raynauds be considered primsry if nail capillaries remained normal since checking at checkups last two years?

Yes: Raynaud's can be diagnosed by history alone, it is not necessary for the rheumatologist to see the color change in person. If nail capillaries have remained normal for 2 years then it is likely to be primary but it is possible for rheumatic conditions to develop over time. I would recommend monitoring to ensure changes do not occur.

i have ana 1:320 homogenous speckled pattern, raynauds, dilated nail fold capillaries, tiny petechiae on arms, fatigue, aches, dry mouth, sore glands. i have ibd too. my blood count and crp were fine so was discharged but dermatology think autoimmune?

Options: Dermatologist can evaluate and prescribe medications. You can consider Botox injections. Surgery can be quite successful cure for appropriate candidates. Can't be selective: One can't be selectively losing fat in her hands. Nature doesn't work that way. Fat will be lost from all the different parts of the body, as a person loses weight.

Bag Balm: Frequent hand washing and use of hand sanitizers with alcohol often makes hands red, cracked, and itchy. The problem often gets worse in the winter. I recommend regularly using otc hand lotion after washing, but the best solution is to try using bag balm in the evening. It feels a bit greasy, so it may be difficult to use throughout the day. It is available at most pharmacies if you ask.
