how do i figure out if i am allergic to adderall and vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine)? i broke out into hives on adderall, but have taken it before and was fine.

One medication ...: Usually i like to change one medication at time , that way if allergic reaction occur , i can figure out  what  has caused it.

i'm allergic to antihistamines. i recently broke out into hives and i don't know why. what can i buy over-the-counter as i do not have insurance?

Not sure: What kind of problems do you have with antihistamines?  Some adverse reactions to antihistamines may not be an allergy. I you get hives with antnihitamines, it is unlikely that any otc medication will help.

my daughter had a spider bite. i did not see spider. just saw bites so think its a spider. she broke out into hives. the hives gof bad but have now mainly disappeared. giving her cetirizine. do hives come and go? does she need a doctor still?

Hives: Unless you actually see the spider you just can't assume it is a spider bite. That isn't important anyway. Hives represent an allergic reaction. They can come and go and just need symptomatic relief like you are doing. No need to see a doctor unless there are breathing issues or an intense skin reaction.

i had stomach surgery & had an allergic reaction to zofran (ondansetron). two days later broke out into hives & now every few days. what is the cause & treatment?

No zofran/Benadryl: Stay away from the zofran and use Benadryl (diphenhydramine) to treat allergic symptoms

Allergy to amox?: It is unlikely for the vaccines given at one year to cause hives. allergy to Amoxicillin may cause hives after a course was given(if this was the first time in her life. Please double check with her pediatrician

Antihistamines: Over-the-counter non-sedating antihistamines like Allegra, Claritin, or Zyrtec are helpful for persistent hives while sedating antihistamine like Benadryl (diphenhydramine) can be helpful for acute hives. If you have persistent hive reactions consider being seen by an Allergist for further treatment and evaluation. There are many triggers of hives so determining right trigger is important moving forward.

Hives: I'm wondering if you used a lubricant or had a lotion or something else on your hand that when it came in contact with your mucosal membranes caused the allergic reaction.  It would be very unusual to have such a reaction due to orgasm. Next time make sure your hands are cleaned from all lotions, etc. If this continues see an allergist.

Cream? detergent?: Is there a cream you are using before bed or something you are exposed to that causes the hives? Are you especially stressed before bed and get hives?
Try an antihistamine prior to going to bed- will help the hives.

Let your doctor know: The possibility of allergy to the ketoconazole would be low since you have been taking for some time.  Also, by your description, my impression is that this has been progressing slowly, and not all of a sudden with associated breathing problems, swelling, nausea or dizziness (signs of anaphylaxis).  Hive suppression with cetirizine could work if it is determined that you need the ketoconazole

my face randomly broke out in hives yesterday. i haven't changed my diet. could it be from exercising?

Only 1 day?: If this occurred only for a day, it would be hard to give you an answer. There is however a condition known as exercise-induced anaphylaxis which may occur with exercise alone, exercise + an allergenic food(which would not cause problem otherwise),  or exercise + any food. Only time would tell.
