i think i have hives, it broke out yesterday afternoon. it is moving around my body. its now all over my legs, hands and eyelid area. but no longer around my throat and upper arms. when should i see a doctor?

Urticaria/Hives: These are itchy, red, spreading areas of skin which swell, and then disappear only to appear in other places.  You may see a doctor at  any time.  Usually a specific cause is not found.  It is important to seek medical care if there is lip or tongue swelling, difficulty breathing, or difficulty swallowing.

ER: It is difficult to understand your question. Regardless of that, those symptoms you mention are worrisome for an infection. That person need medical attention as soon as possible.

It takes time: Your spinal cord is still healing. Severe injuries to the cord heal very slowly. You may never return completely to normal depending on the extend of the injury.

Allergic reaction- s: I would recommend immediate medical evaluation including blood testing and possible a steroid injection to abort this allergic attack. Usually from inlation, contact or gestion of a sunstance or chemical foreign to the body's immune system. I would try zyrtec (cetirizine) and head over to the closet urgent care center.

i'm taking azithromiacin for strep throat last night i broke out  bumps all over, hard to swallow, my hands are still swollen & labor pains in stomach?

Go to ER: It seems you are getting allergic reaction to Azithromycine . I suggest you go to ER as you may need some medicine right away after check up.Also contact your doctor and stop taking Azithromycine .You may need another antibiotic for strep throat .If you have Benadryl (diphenhydramine) st home you can take up to  50 mgm right away  till you get to ER

Wrist fracture: Allows one to still move their fingers and often the elbow as well. I tell my patient that typically a fractured wrist does not mean dont use the hand at all in fact its a good time to make sure one uses their fingers, puts them through a full rom so stiffness doesn not occur. The same for the elbow and shoulder. Talk to your doctor and if it is ok then use your hand. Youll cope a lot better

Sweat location: Research has shown that diffetent people sweat differently. Some on chest some on back some all over. You must be an all over sweater. This tends to run in families so ask all of your blood relatives about their sweating patterns.
