Simple blood test: Hepatitis a is preventable--it is spread by fecal-oral route, & good vaccine exists. It can occur sporadically or in epidemic form. Disease in children is often mild & frequently subclinical or little more than gastroenteritis, but more serious & prolonged in adults. Rare fulminant form with marked jaundice, or "relapsing" course that eventually resolves. Is never chronic nor leads to cirrhosis.

Doubtful: Transient stool color change is very common and is hardly a serious problem.  Dark yellow urine is a concentrated one.  True liver disease results in chalk colored stool with dark tea color urine.

: ALT and GGT are more important in acute liver problem, not in chronic disease as in your case. You did not give info about AST and bilirubin results, especially bilirubin direct because you mentioned dark yellow urine. I wonder if you have been evaluated by a hepatologist and if liver biopsy has even been suggested. Med for TB can cause hepatitis but liver problem antedated pulm TB in your case.

See your doctor: You could have kidney stones or a urinary tract infection. Would see your doctor and have them take a urine sample to look for both. Good luck!

Back pain dark urine: back pain and dark urine could be a sign of urinary tract infection. Have your GP check your urine for infection and also for blood.

Some possibilities..: If one has very uncomfortable tummy pain, and is normally in good health, plus is not pregnant, the possibilities include: appendicitis (usually R lower quadrant), diverticulitis, kidney stone (very painful), constipation (crampy), stomach flu, etc... Most people with "moderate pain," more than mild pain, may need a doctor's evaluation to be sure it's not appendicitis, which would need surgery.

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. However, your description of your urine suggests that you are not drinking enough water. You should drink enough water daily so that your urine is colorless. Try this, if that does not help, it would be time to see a doctor.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex. 
Get HPV vaccine.

Dehydration?: See your doctor to find out the cause of your nausea and get treated for it. When the nausea goes away you take more fluid in and color improves.

does supplemental fiber cause bright yellow urine?

Not necessarily: The fiber itself wouldn't but if the product you are using has dyes added into it those might.
